we're hiring: a career focused business performance coach (full time, remote role)

we are: exyt™ coaching and advisory (sydney based), founded by Andrew Sparks.

we help: second-stage founders ($1-$100m rev, 10-100 team) get more time, profit and freedom. many even sell their business because of our help.

your job: own the coaching, advice, support and performance of a >$30m business owner portfolio. you'll lead em from stuck to scalable using our intellectual property and delivery ecosystem that's been battle tested and optimised over a decade.

but let's get real... it's a high performing environment and you won’t survive here unless you’re a career focused weapon. this isn’t fluffy coaching. we don't do group therapy for feel goods. we are exyt™, and we extract founders from their chaos with tactical precision.

you:

lead like a founder, coach like a strategist, and move like a closer.

are the critical link between our ip and their goals and dreams.

are collaborative, coachable, and don't wait for 'what's next' (you already know...)

run the cadence, coach the operator, and drive the commercial engine.

and you're not here to sit and take notes, you take ground instead...

this ain't an entry-level hand-holding 'life coach' or 'admin' role. as a performance manager with exyt™, you're a results-oriented performance partner for business owners, and you run the numbers like your own internal business unit.

you’ll be managed and mentored directly by the founder. expect to feel pressure. expect to move fast. and expect to grow 5 years in 1. this role, under our founders leadership, builds future leaders. period.

what you'll own:

1. coaching + execution

run tactical 1:1 and group performance calls (google meet)

onboard new members with aggressive clarity and bulletproof game plans

run monthly reviews: financials, team, ops, chaos audits

maintain consistent weekly member action rate %'s

lead upgrade and roadmap convos (and own the advisory voice for the company)

track all progress in monday.com and ghl (nothing slips, we are savagely data driven)

2. revenue + retention

keep portfolio churn below target

turn yellow members green, weekly

close upgrades and renewals to target

identify at-risk members and intervene fast

push upgrade conversations with strategic timing

3. community + momentum

respond daily via whatsapp and email (<24h response times)

run event sessions, masterminds, and online installs

log member wins and deliver momentum reports as required

hold your members to ruthless standards, with no drifters

attend periodic live events around australia and new zealand

4. system + structure

follow all call scripts, onboarding flows, and SOPs

prep all member or community sessions 24 hours ahead

daily + weekly reporting. traffic lights logged weekly

train daily with the team (call reviews, drills, ways to improve performance etc.)

kpi's that matter, and yours to own:

churn

engagement

member progress

upgrades closed

member wins

roadmap + event attendance %

accounts receivable

red-light escalations closed

comp and upside:

base: $100-$120k base + super + commission (OTE $160-190k)

direct access + training from founder, not buried 6 layers deep

remote work, with periodic travel

7 figures of training from actual world leading experts in our industry
