About the Role

If you have worked in real estate, you understand the power of great communication, rapport building, and persistence—skills that translate perfectly into our Entry-Level Sales Consultant role.

In this role, you will:
• Engage in direct, face-to-face sales for respected national and international clients
• Build trust and relationships with new customers daily
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside a motivated team
• Focus on achieving clear KPIs and personal goals
• Enjoy Monday–Friday hours—no weekends required
• Receive in-depth training and field experience to set you up for success

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to connect with candidates who:
• Have experience in real estate, retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused industries
• Are driven to learn and develop their skills further
• Bring a positive, professional attitude and enthusiasm to their work
• Excel at building rapport and trust quickly with clients
• Are confident presenting and closing deals face-to-face
• Are available full time, Monday–Friday
• Are over 18 years of age
