The Company

Our client is a reputable, national commercial landscape contractor that has been established for 20 years and has a growing portfolio of maintenance contracts throughout Sydney.

With over 100 staff across multiple States, their maintenance division is well-equipped to meet clients needs and are well-placed to grow further in the years to come.

They have recently established a new team within their NSW team, which is tailored to manage multiple Developer sites, including Goodman, Dexus etc.

The Opportunity

This is the chance to join a reputable national brand and to gain experience on working alongside seasoned landscaping professionals.

This autonomous role suits an experienced maintenance professional who can coordinate a small team of 2-3 staff members, including gardeners, labourers, and apprentices.

This is a hands-on position with the opportunity to showcase your leadership, technical expertise, and passion for landscape maintenance.

The Role

• Schedule works
• Delegate tasks to team
• Implement OH&S
• Hands-on maintenance
• Write daily reports
• Liaise with clients
• Work in with National Maintenance Manager

The Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience within landscape maintenance
• Certificate III in Parks & Gardens OR Horticulture
• Happy to travel between Brisbane and Gold Coast
• Drivers License
