Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, people-focused Case Worker to join our team on a part-time basis. This hybrid role combines participant support with external relationship-building, making it ideal for someone who enjoys supporting participants throughout their NDIS journey while also promoting our services within the community.
You will work closely with clients to ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding experience, while also actively engaging with support coordinators, attending events, building referral relationships, and helping QCSR grow its presence and participant base.
Key Responsibilities
Referral Generation & Outreach – Build and maintain relationships with support coordinators, LACs, GPs, and other community stakeholders to generate leads and raise awareness of QCSR’s services.
Lead Management & Conversion – Manage inbound enquiries, follow up with potential clients, and convert leads into active participants by clearly articulating QCSR’s value and support offerings.
Client Onboarding Support – Assist new participants through registration and documentation, ensuring a smooth and supportive onboarding experience.
Community Engagement – Represent QCSR at expos, networking events, and local initiatives to build visibility and trust within the sector.
Case management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records, support scheduling, and help ensure operational flow in day-to-day tasks.
What We’re Looking For
Relevant experience within the NDIS sector, particularly in roles involving case management, support coordination, or frontline participant engagement.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and networking skills
Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident in building rapport with diverse stakeholders and promoting services in a clear, professional manner
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, client management systems and digital communication tools
A motivated self-starter who enjoys both autonomy and teamwork
