Lupo Bianco Custom Tailoring is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in Strathfield, NSW. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in our bespoke clothing store. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for fashion.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Providing knowledgeable advice on our range of custom-tailored clothing and accessories

Ensuring the store is well-stocked, organised and visually appealing

Processing sales transactions and handling cash and payments

Maintaining excellent customer relations and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns

Supporting the broader team with administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion and style

Excellent time management and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

A positive, friendly and professional attitude

Flexibility to work minimum 5 days, including weekends and public holidays

must have minimum P1 drivers license

Must have permanent right to work in Australia
