About the role

Noosa Dream Stays is seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury holiday rentals in the beautiful Noosa Heads, Queensland. As a full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Managing all aspects of the accommodation business, including booking management, guest communications, and property maintenance

Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our portfolio of holiday homes

Overseeing a team of housekeepers and coordinating their schedules to maximise efficiency

Liaising with third-party suppliers and contractors to facilitate seamless property management

Analysing booking data and occupancy trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Providing exceptional customer service to our guests and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Actively contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the Noosa Dream Stays business

What we're looking for

Bilingual and strong competency in or and written English & Spanish languages

Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar accommodation management role, preferably within the holiday rental or hospitality industry

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, suppliers and the internal team

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in the use of property management software and other relevant technology

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests

Cooking/chef qualifications highly regarded

Knowledge of the Noosa Heads area and local tourism industry is highly desirable
