Sunshine Social is opening a breakfast and lunch cafe in Cotton Tree. We are renovating the old Mojo cafe site which is in a beautiful location - close to the beach and opposite the caravan park.

Anticipated opening date: September 1st; availability for training from approximately the 18th/25th of August. Full time and casual positions available.

We’re a specialty coffee roastery based in beautiful Sunshine Beach, and we’re on the lookout for passionate baristas and front-of-house staff to join our growing team as we launch our Cotton Tree cafe.

There are real opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the business through our in-house training program — whether you're refining your coffee knowledge, building confidence on the floor, or expanding into new roles.

We use the best gear in the game — including a La Marzocco Linea PB, Mahlkönig E80S GBWs, EK43, Wally Milk Steamers, and PuqPress — giving you the tools to deliver consistently excellent coffee, every time.

We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented team members who love great coffee, good food, and creating memorable experiences. If that sounds like you — we’d love to hear from you.

We are open 7 days from 6:00am - 3pm so ideally you will be available at weekends (at least a Saturday or Sunday!) and a few extra days during the week. We are a vibrant bunch who like to have fun while we work in a fast-paced environment. We have casual and full time roles available.
