About the job

We are seeking experienced Beauty & Spa Therapists/ manager to join our team at a brand new hotel/ resort in Fremantle, Western Australia. This can be a flexible role (casual, part time or full time work options available) and the opportunity to work in a vibrant and welcoming hotel environment, brand new to the Fremantle Market.

What you'll be doing

· Providing high-quality spa and beauty treatments to our clients, including facials, massages, body treatments.

· Maintaining a clean and organized treatment and sauna space to ensure a relaxing and professional experience for clients

· Check guests into the sauna, giving them a briefing of the service (how to)

· Recommending and selling appropriate retail products to enhance the client experience after treatment.

· Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure the wellbeing of clients and colleagues

· Contributing to a positive team environment and assisting with reception duties as needed

· Working along side the hotel reception team, to assist with reservations, and payment process.

· As this is a new business, we will need assistance in setting up the space to be best in class, from selection of product to selection of equipment.

What we're looking for

· Formal qualification in beauty therapy, spa therapy, or a related discipline

· Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar spa or beauty salon environment

· Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional client experiences

· Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

· A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor

· Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
