About the role

Bliss Beauty and Wellness is a peaceful retreat in the heart of Geraldton offering beauty and relaxation treatments to help our clients look and feel their best. Pure Cosmetics is a local Cosmetic Clinic operating within Bliss Beauty helping to expand the aesthetic offerings to our clients including advanced skin therapies and cosmetic treatments. Together we are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team!

Your commencing role will be based on your current skills and qualifications. However, there will be a keen focus on developing your current skills and knowledge to increase your scope of practice within the salon.

The role being offered is a permanent full-time role.

What you'll be doing

Treatments will be based on current experience, but you will be developed within this role to offer additional treatments.

Shared reception cover checking clients in/out, taking payments, rebooking, and enquiry management.

Maintain client records and treatment plans.

Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.

Actively participate in training and education sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Contribute to the overall success of the clinic by delivering outstanding customer service.

What we're looking for

A current Diploma in Beauty Therapy.

Minimum 1 year experience.

Experience in customer service roles.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Confidence to explore client concerns and make recommendations.

Desirables

Experienced with IPL Hair and/or Skin treatments
