Assembler – Insulated Panel Manufacturing (Truganina, VIC)

Join one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of insulated building panels and cold storage doors. This is a fantastic opportunity for hands-on individuals with assembly or manufacturing experience to join a reputable, safety-focused team based in Truganina.

About the Role:

You will be working in a team environment assembling custom-made insulated doors and wall panels using Colorbond steel, polystyrene insulation, and other construction materials. These products are widely used in commercial buildings, cool rooms, clean rooms, and food storage facilities.

Key Duties:

• Assemble insulated doors and panels using 1mm Colorbond sheets, polystyrene, and metal framing
• Cut, align, and bond materials using hand and power tools
• Handle large, bulky items and support team lifts
• Work from production drawings and job cards
• Perform quality checks and ensure products meet exact specifications
• Follow OH&S and company safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or mechanical assembly
• Physically fit and able to lift and move large materials throughout the day
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive role
• Competent with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, or work orders
• Forklift licence (advantageous but not mandatory)

• Location: Truganina VIC
• Pay Rate: $34–$35 per hour + super (Casual)
• Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM
