Vending Machine Filler – Sydney Metro Area

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Vending Machine Filler. This role involves servicing, restocking, and maintaining vending machines across a variety of sites within the Sydney metropolitan area. The position is casual, working 5 days per week with flexible scheduling.

Full training is provided—prior experience is desirable but not essential.
This is a long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right applicant.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish vending machines with snacks, drinks, and other products

• Rotate stock, remove expired items, and maintain high presentation standards

• Clean machines internally and externally to ensure hygiene compliance

• Collect and reconcile cash and/or digital payments (where applicable)

• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs

• Report technical issues or service faults as required

• Maintain accurate service records and follow established procedures

Essential Requirements

• Hold a full driver’s licence with a good driving record

• Have unrestricted rights to work in Australia

• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Physically fit and capable of lifting stock and servicing machines

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience in vending, retail, delivery, warehousing, or logistics

• Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills for vending machine servicing
