💼 About the Role:
We’re currently seeking a Skilled Operator with a strong background in woodwork and hand tools to join our growing team. If youre practical, reliable, and looking for a supportive environment with consistent work hours, this opportunity is for you.

📌 Machine used: Cross Cut Finger Jointing Machine (Stromab).
Experience with or willingness to learn this machine is highly regarded.

🕒 Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
Full-time: Monday to Friday (No weekends!)

💰 Pay Rate:
Up to $38 per hour, based on experience

🔧 Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Proven experience using hand tools
Solid background in woodwork or carpentry
Experience operating a cross cut finger jointing machine is an advantage
High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Ability to work well independently and in a team.
