Our client based in Ingleburn is a trusted Australian brand that specialise in manufacturing confectionery products. Due to continued growth and increased production demands, we are currently seeking multiple Machine Operators to join their dynamic team.

Please note: this is not a warehouse position, it is a machine operating position for a food manufacturing company

at least 1 year of manufacturing experience is required

Location: Ingleburn, 2565 NSW

Shift: Day Shift | Monday to Friday | 5am - 6am start (8 hour shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures

Conduct routine checks and minor troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation

Accurately complete batch documentation and maintain production records

Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and all quality and safety standards

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Previous experience operating machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Willingness to learn and adapt to standard procedures and protocols

Able to lift up to 25kg and follow manual handling procedures
