We are currently seeking a well organised and proactive Pharmacy Stock Coordinator to join our team either in a full time or part time capacity in Rockhampton. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience and a keen interest in pharmacy operations.
Position Overview:
As a member of the Admin team, the successful candidate will support our multiple Friendly Pharmacy locations through centralised pharmacy stock control, and administrative assistance. The role requires excellent communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records in our stock management system.
Support accounts and record-keeping processes within the Admin team.
Perform regular investigations and reconcile stock file variances.
Collaborate with the pharmacy teams to forecast demand and plan for seasonal purchasing.
Ensure catalogue promotions are managed in our system and provide merchandising guidance to our Pharmacies.
Ensure procedures meet internal and regulatory standards.
Essential Criteria:
Experience in inventory administration or coordination roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience working with inventory management systems (desirable).
Confident with technology and can learn digital systems.
Ability to manage competing tasks with professionalism and discretion
Desirable:
A background in Dispensary or Pharmacy Operations with an extensive knowledge of medicines.
