ACPHARM Compounding Pharmacy are looking for a full time Customer Service Assistant to join their team.

Offering a friendly working environment in Ashmore with attractive Monday-Friday working hours, the position available is full time, Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-12pm.

Customer Service & Dispense of medication
-Liasing with doctors on the phone and via email to place orders for prescription medications (not face to face)
-Data entry & filing
-Creating formulation worksheets for patients medications
-Maintaining patient database information
-Following pharmaceutical guidelines to dispense prescription medications

The successful candidate must:

be available full time

have great attention to detail

have great communication skills

be confident and capable of working with various computer programs

have the ability to work in a team & independently

looking for a long term position

Clear fluent english

permanent resident in Australia

Pharmacy or medical experience required
