About the Role

Atomic Projects is seeking a skilled and driven Site Engineer to join our high-performance remedial construction team. In this role, you'll be coordinating key elements of site delivery across residential and strata projects in Sydney — managing programs, sequencing trades, and ensuring the job gets done to spec.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and subcontractors — becoming the heartbeat of execution on-site.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate daily and weekly programs with trades and subcontractors

Update project schedules and push long-lead items early

Interpret scopes, plans, specifications, and ITPs with clarity

Run coordination meetings with clear actions and owners

Track progress, risks, and delays — and communicate them early

Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and consultants

Maintain documentation: ITPs, checklists, RFIs, progress reports

Conduct site inspections and drive compliance

Support continuous improvement and lead by example

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

1–3 years’ experience as a Graduate Engineer, Site Engineer, or Project Coordinator

Experience in remedial construction is a plus

Strong scheduling, coordination, and documentation skills

Confident communicator with a proactive mindset

Ability to use project tools (MS Project, Procore, spreadsheets)

Safety-focused and calm under pressure

Full working rights in Australia

Driver’s licence required; vehicle and tools provided
