Greenview Pools and Landscapes is an award-winning pool and landscape construction business based in Hobart. We specialise in building custom concrete pools and spectacular outdoor spaces, each designed and delivered with the highest attention to detail.

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated 2IC to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone to be on the tools and has the proven skills to run projects onsite, working alongside our crew from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Take ownership of projects on site including coordinating trades, labour, materials, and suppliers.

Work closely with our Director and team to keep every job running smoothly and to our high standards.

Be on the tools alongside the crew, setting the tone for quality and teamwork.

Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.

Solve problems as they arise and help deliver projects on time and on budget.

Ensure each site is safe, well organised, and reflects our commitment to quality.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in construction, landscaping or pool building with a track record of running your own jobs or leading a team onsite.

A hands-on approach, with the confidence and skills to motivate others.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

A focus on clear communication, teamwork and doing things properly.

Manual driver’s licence, White Card and Working With Vulnerable People Card (or ability to obtain one)

Pool construction experience is a bonus but not essential.
