About the role

Munro Landscapes' is seeking a passionate and skilled Structural Landscaper, Apprentice, or Labourer to join our team in Hobart and surrounds. As a casual member of our growing landscaping crew, you will play a key role in creating stunning outdoor spaces that enhance the lives of our clients.

What you'll be doing

Constructing and installing a variety of landscape features, including retaining walls, paving, decking, and water features

Assisting with the planning and implementation of landscaping projects from start to finish

Collaborating with the design team to bring client visions to life

Garden maintenance including, hedging, weeding, planting, mulching, irrigation, and lawn care

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard, with a focus on safety and attention to detail

Maintaining and operating landscaping equipment and tools

Providing excellent customer service and communication throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a structural landscaper or similar role, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating stunning outdoor spaces

Strong practical and technical skills in areas such as masonry, carpentry, and paving

Familiarity with landscaping materials, construction techniques, and industry regulations

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team

A valid driver's license and ability to transport yourself to job sites

Certification in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field would be highly regarded
