OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - PAEDIATRICS (KEDRON)
Do work that feels good—and does good.
At Progress Pathways, we believe great work starts with people who care. About the kids they support. About the families they walk alongside. And about doing work that’s not only meaningful—but also sustainable.
We also believe that work should energise you, not deplete you. That’s why we offer autonomy, flexible schedules, and a caseload you help shape—so your role fits into your life, not the other way around.
The Roles
We currently have two opportunities at our Kedron clinic:
1. Parental Leave Cover (with long-term opportunity)
Starting mid-August (flexible)
4 days/week (Mon–Thurs) or negotiable
Inherits a warm, well-established caseload—primarily Kindy to Primary Caseload with some community visits to local schools
Full handover provided
Option to stay on after the leave period ends
2. Permanent Position (start anytime)
Full-time or part-time
Choose the age group, therapy style, and goals that light you up. We currently have a lot of children waiting for you on our waitlist, including Under 5.
Opportunity to build a caseload that matches your strengths and interests
Immediate referrals available—no cold start
Experience with the NDIS is important for both roles. You’ll be confident writing functional goals, supporting plan reviews, and collaborating clearly with families and other providers.
Who We Are

Our clinics are bright, playful, and well-resourced. Our Kedron team has access to two onsite gyms and a purpose-built Under 5s gymnastics facility nearby.
Our feedback says it all—just check out our 5-star Google reviews.
