Griffith Discount Tyres & Advanced 4x4 are seeking a motivated and reliable full time administration assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
General reception duties such as answering the phones, emails and general enquires
Provide quotes on tyres
Scheduling appointments
Preparing and sending invoices and statements
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Payroll preparation
General filing and archiving
Monitoring and maintaining stock
Bank reconciliations
Requirements:
Experience with MYOB is preferred but not necessary
Knowledge with Microsoft Office
The ability to multitask in a busy environment
Strong customer experience
Working with a team, as well as an individual
On the job training will be provided.
