We are seeking a Caseload Contract Officer to undertake administration and support services to assist the employment service staff meeting organisational, legislative and contractual guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining files and records.
  • Ensure documentation and compliance for Disability Employment Services (DES) contracts are achieved.
  • Review program targets on a quarterly basis.
  • Maintain knowledge of current DES guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure evidence for claims are commented and submitted.
  • Maintain evidence of mutual obligation requirements from clients.
  • Able to work independently and the ability to work in a team environment.

You will require a valid C class driving license. You will also need a Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start (we can help).
