About the role

We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced Electricians to be leaders who run their own solar installation team to join us at MDB Electrical Pty Ltd in Adelaide, SA 5000. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar power systems, batteries, EV chargers and switch board upgrades for residential and commercial clients. We have experienced employees who will be part of your team.

What you'll be doing

Leading a team to complete jobs efficiently with high standards of workmanship

Install and configure solar panels, inverters, batteries, EV chargers and other related equipment

Carry out electrical work to connect solar power systems to the grid

Perform maintenance and repairs on existing solar power systems

Liaise with clients to understand their energy needs and provide recommendations

Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all installations and service calls

Training new employees

What we're looking for

Strong Leadership skills

Qualified electrician with a valid electrical license

Minimum 2 years' experience in solar power system installation and maintenance(not essential)

Strong technical skills and understanding of solar power technology

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Effective communication skills to liaise with clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
