Position:

We are seeking multiple roles, being a skilled and experienced instrumental electrician & or an electrical tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in commercial & industrial electrical systems, installation, and maintenance. Power system and control system experience would be an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.

Undertake new installation of power generation equipment, switchboards, and associated electrical equipment.

Ensure compliance with electrical standards.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an industrial and commercial electrical tradesperson

Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, safety standards, and Electrical standards.

Ability to read and interpret electrical and construction drawings.

Willing to undertake project work which may require periods away from home in regional and remote locations.

Unrestricted South Australian electrical workers license.

Driver’s License

Must be Australian resident.

Able to obtain WWCC and Police clearance.

Desirable:

MR truck License

CV Crane & Dogging

Forklift License

Experience with diesel generators, power generation, batteries, or renewables

Experience with commercial switchboards

White Card

LVR / CPR

All Gen Solutions pays above the award rates. Salary negotiable depending on capability and experience.
