At SYNC Cabling Solutions, we value skilled, dedicated electricians who take pride in their work. As part of our family-run business, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients while supporting and mentoring apprentices on site.

We specialise in a wide range of commercial and industrial electrical projects, including:

Commercial office fit-outs

Industrial developments

Government contracts (DIT prequalification E1)

Design & Construct projects

You’ll work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

Team player – capable of working independently and mentoring an apprentice

Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Wide variety of work - Commercial & Industrial based projects; minor service style projects

Completing first and second fix works across various job types

Ensuring compliance with Australian Wiring Rules and Codes

Contributing innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency and excellence

Being able to acknowledge mistakes and provide insights for continuous improvements

Possess good time management, communication & organisational skills

Skills and Experience

A-grade Electrician

Data Licence - not mandatory but advantageous

Strong problem-solving skills

Valid Driver’s Licence

Police Clearance - not mandatory but advantageous

Working with Children Check - not mandatory but advantageous

A proactive approach with a focus on safety and compliance
