We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technician with 2–5 years of industry experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the documentation and delivery of projects across various stages, with a strong emphasis on the preparation of Construction Certificate (CC) documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation for DA, CC, and tender stages.

Coordinate with consultants and ensure compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and council requirements.

Assist the project team in resolving technical and construction-related issues.

Contribute to the development of construction documentation packages, particularly CC documentation.

Skills & Experience Required:

2–5 years of experience in architectural documentation and drafting, preferably within Australia.

Proficiency in ArchiCAD.

Experience in producing documentation for Construction Certificate (CC) is highly regarded.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
