THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and motivated Graduate of Architecture with 3+ years post-graduate experience to join our Sydney team. This role provides the opportunity to work across all phases of projects - from concept design through to delivery - on a diverse mix of architectural and interior projects.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Revit skills, a keen design sensibility, and a proactive mindset. You’ll work alongside the Practice Directors and project team in a collaborative and supportive studio environment, contributing meaningfully to high-quality design outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support preparation of presentation materials and participate in selected client meetings or presentations

Prepare Revit models and assist with documentation across all project stages under senior guidance

Support the design team with research into products, materials, detailing and technical development

Support senior team members during site inspections and construction phase tasks, including RFI responses and minor contract admin

Coordinate with consultants and contribute to internal project reviews

Participate in the delivery of DA, Tender and Construction packages

Ensure design and documentation align with relevant codes and standards

Support quality assurance processes and maintain well-organised project files

Contribute positively to the studio culture and cross-disciplinary collaboration

Assist in maintaining studio drawing standards and contributing to evolving documentation templates

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Master of Architecture (or equivalent) completed

3+ years professional post-graduate experience

Proficiency in Revit is essential

Understanding of construction detailing and documentation

Interest in commercial, hospitality and residential projects

Familiarity with Australian codes and standards

Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills

Ability to take initiative, manage time, and work well in a team

Positive, proactive and eager to grow
