We have many clients in the residential, commercial and industrial landscapes, and we specialise in food plants, government bodies and mining industries.
We are currently looking to fill multiple positions:

Guardrail Installer

Guardrail Installation Manager

Scaffolder

Leading Hand Scaffolder

We need you to turn up, and put in when here!

What You’ll Be Doing - depends upon position, but will include:

Installing and dismantling temporary guardrail systems on a variety of sites

Loading, unloading, and transporting guardrail materials and equipment

Ensuring all installations comply with current safety regulations

Working safely at heights and around active construction environments

Supporting the team with general labour and job documentation where needed

Supervise and coordinate scaffolders and labourers on site

Read and interpret scaffold plans, drawings, and work orders

Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems in line with SWMS and Australian Standards

Conduct pre-start checks, toolbox talks, and ensure all team members adhere to safety procedures

Liaise with site supervisors, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth job progression

Ensure all scaffolding components and equipment are used and maintained correctly

Complete job documentation including timesheets, pre-starts, handovers, and safety forms

Report incidents, hazards, or delays to management promptly

Mentor and train less experienced team members

Maintain a clean and organised job site and yard area

What You’ll Need

White Card (Construction Induction Card) – required

Previous experience with guardrails, scaffolding, or construction – highly regarded

Physically fit, able to lift and carry materials, and work outdoors

Comfortable working at heights

Working at Heights ticket – preferred, but not essential

Driver’s licence and reliable transport – advantageous

A positive attitude, good communication, and team spirit
