About the role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Installer to join our team at Hari cabinets pty ltd' in Upper Ferntree Gully, VIC. As a Qualified Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of custom-made shower screens, Aluminium/steel security Doors, Flyscreens and more ensuring a high-quality finish for our clients. This is a casual full-time, permanent role within our growing Building Trades business.

Subject to 3 months casual probation period

What you'll be doing

Carefully unload, transport, and install custom-made shower screens and other products as stated above at client premises

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver a tailored installation service

Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure a seamless installation process

Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the installation process

Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation

Provide exceptional customer service and a positive experience for our clients

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications inInstallations or a related trade

Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Installer,

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and find solutions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
