Key Civil are are seeking motivated and experienced Civil Crew including Operators, Excavator Operators, Drainers/Pipelayers to join our crew and assist with installation works of sewer, storm water drainage & water and other civil works. We offer local and away work- mainly in the Wheatbelt and Midwest. We have a great reputation with Tier 1 and government organisations. We are particularly interested in people willing to work away on 10/4 rosters and Monday to Friday DIDO on wheatbelt projects.

Assist with sewer, stormwater drainage and services pipework installation

Assist with road construction and maintenance

Emergency recovery and repair work

Monitor and assist with trench excavation for installation of pipework.

Liaising with and receiving direction from Supervisor/Construction Manager

Working to achieve continuous improvement in efficiency, safety and quality/environmental excellence.

About you

Plenty of Civil Construction Industry experience in drainage

Valid Drivers License

White / Blue construction card

Operator tickets required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals

Strong work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all tasks

Able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
