The Opportunity
We’re currently seeking a qualified and experienced Drainer to join our team on upcoming civil construction projects. This role will begin as casual with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment upon successful completion of a probationary period.

As part of the role, you’ll be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle and tools of trade.

What You’ll Do

Complete underground infrastructure installations to specification and industry standards

Operate and maintain plant and equipment safely and efficiently

Lead and mentor offsiders, ensuring quality workmanship

Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment

Adhere to site safety procedures and company policies

Liaise with site supervisors and project stakeholders to meet production targets

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III in Civil Construction (Pipe Laying)

Water Corp PVC Pipelaying course (preferred)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in drainage, trenching, and pipe laying

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Solid understanding of safety standards and relevant codes

Dogman ticket and Common Trenching ticket highly regarded

Strong communication skills, initiative and attention to detail
