About the role

We are seeking four new experienced and passionate Assistant Directors (2) and Educational Leaders(2) to join our dynamic team at Riverland Early Learning Centre and Riverland Early Learning Centre 18th St in Renmark, South Australia. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Centre Director in leading our centres and ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.

What you'll be doing

Work collaboratively with the Area Manager and Centre Director to lead the educational program and ensure it aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework

Mentor and support the teaching team to continuously improve their practice and enhance learning outcomes for children

Oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of the centre's curriculum and documentation

Contribute to the development and review of centre policies and procedures

Maintain positive relationships with families and the wider community

Assist with the day-to-day operations and management of the centre as required

What we're looking for

Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

Extensive experience in a similar leadership role within the early childhood education and care sector

Demonstrated ability to mentor and support educators in their professional development

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for providing high-quality early childhood education and care
