What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and scale a finance operations team managing end-to-end financial reporting and reconciliations.

Design and implement General Ledger (GL) and bank integration frameworks across multiple banks and regions.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to embed finance requirements into product development—right from ledger architecture to automated financial processes.

Drive operational excellence through financial tooling, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Be the authority on financial systems and best practices, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Act as a strategic partner across teams, bridging finance, product, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, or GL management within a major or mutual bank.

Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding finance teams in high-growth or regulated environments.

Deep understanding of banking products and their accounting implications.

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, especially across technical and non-technical domains.

Experience working cross-functionally to define and deliver finance capabilities at scale.
