About the Role

Roster: Sunday–Thursday, 6am–4pm

RDOs: Friday & Saturday

Pay: $35/hour + penalties & overtime (in line with Level 7, Meat Industry Award)

Hours: 38 hours + approx. 7+ hours OT weekly

Flexibility: Occasional full weekend cover required when team members are on leave

What We’re Looking For

A fully qualified butcher (we’ll consider a strong 3rd year apprentice ready to step up)

Confident with retail butchering, window presentation, and serving customers

Must be able to work with urgency – we need someone who can keep the window full, complete tasks efficiently, and stay on top of daily jobs without needing reminders

A strong communicator with great customer service skills

Reliable and professional – someone who shows up on time and takes pride in their work

A team player with a long-term mindset — we’re in this for the long haul and hope you are too
