About the role

We’re hiring experienced Diesel Mechanics / Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join our afternoon shift crew in Chipping Norton. You’ll work hands-on with trucks, buses and trailers in a fully equipped, state-of-the-art workshop — backed by a team that’s built and led by real mechanics. $45–$55/hr + super + uncapped monthly bonuses (avg. $1,500 extra!)

Monday to Friday afternoon shift: 3PM–12AM

Duties

Diagnose and repair faults on trucks, trailers, and buses

Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance

Use cutting-edge diagnostic tools and workshop tech

Identify and report additional faults

Communicate clearly with customers, techs, and service advisors

Maintain a strong focus on safety and efficiency

Skills & Experience

Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology – essential

Minimum 2 years' experience on trucks, trailers or buses

Strong communication and teamwork skills
