Travel Consultant - USA & Canada

We're looking for a travel consultant who is not only experienced in selling North America, but who has personally explored the USA and Canada extensively. If you've road-tripped through the Rockies, wandered the streets of New York, or experienced the national parks first-hand, we want to hear from you!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Respond to enquiries via phone and email, using in-house reservations systems
• Tailor-make FIT itineraries across the USA and Canada
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working towards sales targets
• Convert quotes into bookings with accuracy and attention to detail
• Stay up to date with destination knowledge and product offerings

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Previous experience as a travel consultant within the travel industry
• A genuine passion for North America, you must be personally well-travelled across the USA and Canada
• Confident communicator with strong customer service and sales skills
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about creating dream holidays for clients

THE PACKAGE:

• Competitive salary of $60,000-$70,000 + Super
• Hybrid working with flexible hours
• Fully time or part time 4 days per week
• Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends!)
