The OT role that will shape your career
We are seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to lead our wonderful Hornsby and Kariong Teams. You will have a deep passion for working with children and a desire to excel in the specialty of Paediatrics, as well as experience in supervising and training junior staff and leading a team. Ideally we would want you to be available for a minimum 3 days per week but the role can be full time if you wish and term time only if preferred. You will carry a medium caseload and have time available for supervision, shadowing and training.
Assessment ages 0-18 years
Treatment sessions weekly or fortnightly 1 hour duration (incl 15 min non contact)
Some one off observational school visits
Maximum 7 clients per day (=5.25 hrs face to face)
Strong supervision and training program

Team Lead to 4-6 staff including two new graduates
Full time admin support

Skills & Experience
3 years or more clinical experience
A passion for Paediatrics
Student supervision experience
A desire to develop management and clinical supervision skills
Strong communication skills
Well developed teamwork skills
