The Role

Mollymook Golf Club is seeking a talented and driven Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the club's marketing and communications initiatives, helping to promote our world-class golf course and facilities to both existing members and potential new customers.

If you are the right candidate, we are willing to be flexible- we may consider part-time.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute engaging social media content to build the club's online presence and community

Create and distribute marketing collateral such as newsletters, emails, and promotional materials

Manage the club's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimised for user experience

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and promote key club events and offerings

Analyse marketing performance data and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness

Support the broader marketing team in implementing the club's overall marketing strategy

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within the sports/hospitality industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content

Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience in website management and content creation

Passion for golf and a drive to promote the club's unique offerings

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or working towards
