About the role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Reception/Finance Broker to join our team at Hunt Finance Pty Ltd in Molendinar, Queensland. This full-time position will see you playing a key role in providing excellent client service and supporting our finance broking operations.

What you'll be doing

• Provide a warm and welcoming reception experience for all clients and visitors
• Handle general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing the diary, and coordinating client meetings
• Assist our Finance Brokers with various client-facing tasks, including gathering information, preparing loan applications, and following up on applications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files
• Develop a strong understanding of our lending products and services to best support our clients
• Contribute to the overall smooth running of our office and finance broking operations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a reception or client service role, ideally within the financial services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Competent in using standard office software and systems
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of the finance and lending industry would be highly regarded
