Transcend Building Group Pty Ltd is seeking a fulltime Site Supervisor/ Estimator

Transcend Building Group Pty Ltd are on the lookout for a pro active and experienced individual to become a part of our growing team servicing the insurance repair industry. As a small family business we're all about providing high quality works and great customer service.

We are on the look out for an experienced and self motivated individual who can work as a part of a close knit team, servicing Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions dependent on your location. Previous experience within the insurance industry is preferred as this role is based around meeting a high level of customer service, meeting KPI's, completing site assessments and reports, estimating and preparing scopes of work, project management and coordination. Due to the industry, the expectation to work independently with the ability to engage and organize trades and coordinate project schedules across multiple projects at any given time and work under pressure during our QLD storm seasons.

Ideally we are looking for an individual with a carpentry or similar trade background with proven industry knowledge and experience. Digital literacy will be required and experience working with Prime Ecosystems software will be beneficial, you must have a valid drivers license, supervisors' license (preferred) and white card.
