We are seeking a Building Supervisor with a strong background in the construction industry to oversee projects and play a key role in the next phase of our growth.

We are experiencing rapid growth in the aged care and retirement living space, with ongoing works across RAC rooms (Residential Aged Care) and ILUs (Independent Living Units). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing diverse projects and making a real difference in the communities we serve.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Proven experience supervising building and construction projects

A strong focus on safety and quality during project delivery

Clear and confident stakeholder and contractor communication skills

Ability to identify and manage project risks

A proactive, customer-service mindset with a commitment to high workmanship

Previous exposure to commercial or institutional construction, ideally within aged care or similar sectors

Strong understanding of contracts and procurement
