About the Role

We’re a fast-growing construction business based on the Mornington Peninsula, and we’re looking for a qualified carpenter to join our team. This role offers real opportunity, not just on the tools, but to grow into a leadership position and eventually run your own crew.

You’ll work on a variety of high-quality residential projects including renovations, extensions, and where needed lend a hand to the maintenance side of the business. Be part of a supportive and energetic team that values precision, reliability, and great communication.

What You'll Do

Framing, lock-up and fix, decking, cladding, and detailed finish work

Work from plans and complete tasks independently or with a team

Opportunity to lead apprentices and subcontractors

Liaise with builders, clients, and other trades on-site

Maintain safe and clean work practices

About You

Qualified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry)

3+ years post-apprenticeship experience

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Full driver’s licence, own vehicle and tools

Great communication and a team-first attitude

Keen to grow within the business and take on more responsibility
