Amazing opportunity for an Orthodontic Assistant to work in our boutique high end practice 3.5-5 days per week. We only run two orthodontic chairs and we only have one Orthodontist with an average of only 35 patients per day. We focus on providing exceptional results and care to our patients in an exclusive working environment.

Hours

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 8.30am - 5pm

Wednesdays 8:30am-5pm (optional or shared)

Fridays 8:30am - 4pm

About You

Ideally you would be competent in all clinical aspects with at least 1 year of experience as an orthodontic assistant and have a passion for helping the orthodontic team and patients including:

Assisting the solo Orthodontist and Hygienist

Professional and proficient

Be able to use your own initiative

Be understanding and effectively communicate with patients

Sterilising instruments

3D intra oral digital scanning

Restocking the surgery

Clinical notes/data entry

Liaising with the Orthodontist, Practice Manager and other assistants

Lab work - pouring up models, making retainers

Being a team player

It would be highly beneficial to have your Certificate III, IV (Radiography) as well as Orthotrac software experience.

Additional training will be provided in your probation period.
