We are expanding and currently have multiple fantastic opportunities available for Allied Health Professionals eg. OT, PT , RC , Psy , social Worker to join our energetic and supportive Injury Management team.

This role is ideal for passionate allied health professionals who are looking to make a genuine impact on people's lives post-injury, by helping clients return to meaningful occupations and independent living.

While experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded, new graduates and clinicians looking to transition into this field are also strongly encouraged to apply. Work sponsorship may be considered depending on candidate suitability.

Requirements

Occupational Therapist or related allied health qualification with current AHPRA registration

Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle during work hours

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Strong time management and task prioritisation skills

Multilingual abilities are highly valued

Key Responsibilities

Support clients in regaining independence post-injury using the biopsychosocial model

Work across multiple jurisdictions including WorkCover, CTP, and NDIS

Conduct relevant assessments (e.g., Functional Capacity Evaluations, ADL assessments, Workplace Assessments)

Develop practical, client-centred recommendations to facilitate recovery and return to function

Collaborate with patients, employers, insurers, and other healthcare professionals

Deliver high-quality written reports within agreed timeframes
