Are you a confident leader who thrives in fast-paced, purpose-led environments? This is a newly created opportunity to manage a high-performing national contact centre team, delivering critical after-hours services to communities across Australia.

  • $100,000 - $120,000 + super;
  • Shift pattern: 5.15pm-11pm weekdays & varying weekend shifts – 5 days worked per week;

What is the role?

  • Leading a team of 50 operators and dispatchers;
  • Managing real-time operations and troubleshooting;
  • Manage rostering and shift coordination;
  • Monitoring call flow and key metrics;
  • Driving a high-performing, values-aligned team culture;
  • Identifying opportunities for training, upskilling and process improvement; and
  • Analysing performance data to inform business decisions.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience managing a customer service or call centre team;
  • Healthcare or medical experience highly regarded;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills – you know how to coach and inspire;
  • Confident across systems and reporting dashboards; and
  • Highly organised individual, metrics-driven and outcomes-focused.
