Clinical Coordinator – Compliance

Location: Regional, North QLD
Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm

Lead and support clinical compliance across the facility – overseeing audits, mentoring staff, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care.

We’re recruiting for a newly created Clinical Coordinator – Compliance role with a leading aged care provider based in coastal Bargara.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a focused leadership role, working alongside the Clinical Manager to uphold and exceed compliance and quality standards across the service.

What We’re Looking For:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse
• Senior aged care experience
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Confident leading audits, mentoring staff, and driving compliance
