About the facility:
Very Large Residential Aged Care home, located near Maryborough.
About the role:
The Clinical Manager will report into the Aged Care Facility Manager and will help monitor Training and Education, lead the clinical team to meet high clinical standards that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team.
Duties:
- Full clinical oversight of the facility
- All clinical reporting and documentation
- Coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staff
- Report to Facility Manager
- Knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles and accreditation
Skills and experience:
- Current AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Nursing or Social Sciences
- Experience in working closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working as a Clinical Care Manager
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
