Please note this is NOT a DBA position, you must have extensive hands-on SQL server development experience to be successful in this position
You will be joining a large end-user organization within NSW government.

They utilise an inhouse software named AMANDA which is written in SQL server. You are a fast learner with exceptional communications and stakeholder engagement.

You will have exceptional hands on skills in development and optimisation of stored procedures, triggers, optimization of queries and functions using TSQL on SQL Server.

To be successful for this role, your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set:

• Exceptional communications and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Detailed experience with SQL server 2020 (or similar) stored procedure development;
• Demonstrated hands on expertise with query optimisation;
• Detailed knowledge of triggers and functions using T-SQL
• Git, CI/CD experience

Desirable but not essential;

• AMANDA software design and development;
• Java / Groovy development experience
