FourQuarters has been exclusively retained to recruit a Director of FP&A / External reporting for this growing ASX business with a strong global presence.

Operating in the international B2B space, they have strong footholds in the Australian, European and Middle Eastern markets.They are an agile business with a strong culture of internal development, a dedicated CBD office location and Hybrid working arrangement.

On the back of strong global performance and a drive to generate clear strategic insights for continued growth, they have created this position to take ownership of all aspects of Financial Planning and Budgeting. This role will partner with senior management, providing an integral link between the business' performance and the reporting requirements of a top ASX business.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Group CFO and Finance Director, this role will be responsible for:

• Managing the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes to align strategic objectives.
• Conducting detailed analysis of performance to identify commercial opportunities and support strategic initiatives through key insights.
• Preparing comprehensive financial reports, ensuring timeliness and compliance with relevant standards and ASX requirements.
• Supporting Business Development activities including M&A, Commercial Partnership, conducting sensitivity testing to evaluate viability of strategic decisions.
• Managing Investor Relations, leading Year-End and Half-year presentations, broker consensus analysis and complete external stakeholder information.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this position you should have:

• Dedicated experience in Large Multi-national or (ideally) ASX-listed environments.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to provide detailed analysis of performance an drive strategic insights.
• High-level presentation and communication skills, providing comprehensive financial reports for Board level.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present confidently at Board and Executive level.
• Core understanding of Accounting principles, and ability to analyse the implications of key business decisions.
