We’re currently seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Hand to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a mechanical mindset and a passion for practical work.

Your Role

As a Factory Hand, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks across our manufacturing and installation operations, including:

Assisting with the installation and repair of tarp systems on trucks

Metal fabrication and assembly of tarp systems

Parts and component assembly

Performing general labour duties within the factory

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s practical, reliable, and eager to learn. Ideally, you’ll have:

Experience using power tools

MIG welding skills (preferred but not essential)

A mechanical or fitting background

A strong work ethic and attention to detail
