About the Role:
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring material and supply stock levels, ensuring that we always have what we need to keep things moving.

Working with our Pick Packers ensuring that daily orders are dispactched,

Conducting weekly stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.

Adapting to new processes and helping to implement improvements as our business evolves.

Contributing to the innovation of how we work and maintain an optimistic attitude that fosters growth.

This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability. We’re a growing business with a family culture, so flexibility and a willingness to pitch in where needed are essential.

Key Requirements:

Any level of experience in production, ideally within a manufacturing environment (not mandatory).

Ability to show leadership skills and potentially evolve to managing a team.

Ability to multi task, especially in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail, especially with stock management and inventory control.

A proactive, can-do attitude with an innovative mindset to improve processes.

Experience with basic computer systems or a willingness to learn new tools and technology.
